he/him
Yoga has been a large part of my life, helping with healing and maintaining health as the years pass and accumulated injuries of youth start to taking their toll.
This first hand experience of injuries guides my practice and teaching. It helps me connect with students at whatever level they are at and with whatever they have woken up with on the day.
Combining a science and evidence-informed approach, I focus on alignment, biomechanics, and safe movement.
Classes are structured to build strength, improve mobility, and cultivate resilience, while remaining engaging and accessible.
