he/him
Andrew brings over 40 years of personal yoga practice and a background in martial arts to his teaching. That 40 years has also brought its share of injuries (martial arts and motorbikes) and yoga has been a large part of healing and maintaining health as the years pass.
First hand experience of injuries guides his practice and teaching, helping him connect with students at whatever level they are at and with whatever they have woken up with on the day.
Combining a science and evidence-informed approach, he focuses on alignment, biomechanics, and safe movement.
Classes are structured to build strength, improve mobility, and cultivate resilience, while remaining engaging and accessible.
