    Vicki has been practicing yoga since 1995 and teaching since 2005, supporting students of all ages, abilities, and life experiences. For over 12 years, she founded and directed a leading yoga studio in Toronto.

    A trained painter (MFA), Recreation Therapist in the mental health field, and current Master of Social Work (MSW) student, Vicki combines technical expertise, clinical insight, and a humanistic, story-driven approach. She weaves traditional and contemporary yoga wisdom to bring clarity, demystify practice, and create rich, layered experiences that help students move safely, build strength and resilience, and feel grounded and embodied.

    Andrew brings over 40 years of personal yoga practice and a background in martial arts to his teaching. A newer yoga teacher, he combines deep experiential knowledge with a science- and evidence-informed approach, focusing on alignment, biomechanics, and safe movement.

    His classes are attentive, precise, and structured to build strength, improve mobility, and cultivate resilience, while remaining engaging and accessible.
