Class Series
We offer 4-week themed series that encourage regular, sustainable practice. Each series explores a unique theme, with classes accessible to a range of experience levels and abilities.
While each class can be enjoyed on its own, the series is designed so each week builds on the last, allowing for deeper exploration and growth.
We encourage students to commit to the full series to gain the greatest benefit. However, casual drop-ins are welcome whenever space is available.
Early-bird special price until 19th June*
A 4 class series, each class building on the previous week to strengthen foundations.
Early-bird special price until 7th August*
This 4 week series introduces variations on postures already covered that will strengthen and inspire.
Can be used for any class if spaces are available. Please contact the studio prior to purchase to ensure space is available.
Good to Know
All classes must be pre-booked as spaces are limited. Drop-ins must be pre arranged and subject to availability - we encourage contacting us before purchasing a drop in pass.
Intro-offers and memberships do not include workshops or courses.
Intro-offers are available once per person for new students to the studio.
Holds, cancellations, extensions, transfers to other series, or exchanges for other services are only available on series packages up to 48 hours before the purchased series starts.
Private 1:1 and personalised small-group sessions are available.
