A calm class focusing on gentle strength, balance, and mobility. Movements are simple, paced, and adaptable. Ideal if you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, managing pain, or just want something steady and grounding.If you are a beginner or just interested in a slower paced foundational practice this is for you. Emphasis on clear healthy alignment in yoga poses as well as learning breath awareness and simple meditation techniques.

Gentle Yoga

Lower your blood pressure, boost healthy hormone levels, elevate your mood, health and well being.
Yoga postures are practiced with gentle movement and longer holds, combined with breathing techniques and meditation to cultivate calm and deep rest for your body and mind.
This class is mostly done lying down or seated. You’ll be guided through simple breathing, body awareness, and deep rest practices that help your system settle and recharge.
No movement experience needed.
